Savory cheese and crispy roasted garlic give this hearty vegetable a touch of elegant decadence

8 cups broccoli florets

2 Tbs. olive oil

2 large cloves garlic, sliced

1⁄4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil; coat with cooking spray. Arrange broccoli in single layer on baking sheet; toss with oil, garlic, 1⁄4 tsp. salt and 1⁄4 tsp. pepper.

2 Roast 20 min., stirring once. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 min. or until cheese melts. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
