Ready for an adventure

Sydney—Sumatran tiger cub Pamanah made quite the public debut at Taronga Zoo Sydney, quickly finding himself in all sorts of mischief! And guests who flocked to catch a glimpse of the little explorer and his equally adorable sisters couldn’t get enough of this energetic cutie. The youngster could be seen pouncing on everything from twigs to toys and even chasing bugs through the tall grass.

Not only were they walking close together, the happy duo was photograph­ed gently rubbing necks. This sweet gesture, called “necking,” is one way giraffes demonstrat­e fondness for each other.

In fact, he often swims up to the glass to get a closer look at his adoring fans.
