Best way to power through a daunting to-do list

-

Can’t find the motivation to tackle your chores? Build in little rewards as you check off your task list—you’re more likely to finish the job, suggest researchers at Cornell University. The researchers explain that rewards along the way increase enjoyment and make the overall work a more positive experience, inspiring us to feel more engaged and driven.
