Avocado Egg Toasts

1 lime

2 avocados, pitted and peeled

1⁄4 cup mayonnaise

4 slices whole-wheat bread, toasted

3 radishes, thinly sliced

2 hard-cooked eggs, halved

1 tsp. raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds) Pinch of celery seed

Grate 1⁄2 tsp. zest and squeeze 2 tsp. juice from lime into bowl. Add 11⁄2 avocados, mayonnaise and 1⁄4 tsp. salt; mash with fork. Slice remaining avocado. Dividing evenly, spread mashed avocado mixture over toast.
