Lemon-Herb Yogurt Dip with Chips

A dollop of Dijon mustard adds zing to this creamy dip that’s extra irresistib­le thanks to plenty of fresh herbs

1 lemon

2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1⁄4 cup chopped fresh dill

1⁄4 cup chopped fresh chives

2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley

2 Tbs. Dijon mustard Dill sprig (optional)

Sweet potato chips

1 Grate 2 tsp. zest and squeeze 2 tsp. juice from lemon into bowl. Stir in plain Greek yogurt, fresh dill, fresh chives, fresh parsley, Dijon mustard and 3⁄4 tsp. salt. If desired, garnish with dill sprig. Serve with sweet potato chips.
