Sweet & Sour Broccoli Salad

Bacon gives this ready-in-a-flash crunchy salad the perfect hint of smoky goodness 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise

3 Tbs. apple cider vinegar

2 Tbs. sugar

1⁄4 tsp. salt

1⁄4 tsp. pepper

6 cups (about 12 oz.) broccoli florets

1⁄3 cup raisins

1⁄3 cup chopped walnuts

2 Tbs. chopped onions 4 strips bacon, cooked and cut into 1" pieces

1 In large bowl, mix mayo, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.

2 Add broccoli, raisins, walnuts, onions and bacon to mayonnaise mixture; toss until coated. Cover; chill until ready to serve.
