Garlicky Grilled Potatoes

Wrapping taters in foil with butter and spices makes ’em easy to prep ahead and infuses them with flavor

6 baking potatoes

3 Tbs. butter, melted

1 1⁄2 tsp. Montreal steak seasoning

3⁄4 tsp. garlic powder

1⁄2 tsp. paprika

2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese

2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley

1 Heat grill to medium. Place each potato on piece of foil large enough to enclose potato. On an angle, cut 4 slits in each, cutting 3⁄4 of the way through. Mix butter, steak seasoning, garlic powder and paprika; stir in Parmesan cheese. Spoon over potatoes.

2 Wrap potatoes in foil; place on grill; cover. Cook until tender, about 1 hr. Unwrap potatoes and place on plate. Drizzle with remaining butter mixture in bottom of foil. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
