Peach-jalapeño

Unique compounds in the peaches in this sweet ’n’ spicy salsa prompt the body’s cells to burn stored fat for fuel, plus trigger the brain’s feel-full center. You’ll feel slim and satisfied. To make: Combine 3 cups diced, peeled peaches, 1 cup diced, seeded tomatoes, 1⁄3 cup chopped red onions, 1⁄4 cup chopped cilantro, 1⁄4 cup lemon juice and 1–2 Tbs. chopped jalapeños; season with salt and pepper.

Pineapple-avocado

To make: Combine 3 cups chopped fresh pineapple, 1 avocado (pitted, peeled and chopped), 1⁄2 cup cooked black beans, 1⁄3 cup sliced scallions and grated zest and juice of 2 limes; season with salt and pepper.
