A pop of yellow near the cuticle makes fingers seem longer, so hands look slimmer. TO DO: Paint two coats of baby blue polish (like essie in “Find Me an Oasis,” Target.com) onto nails; let dry. Then use a yellow nail art pen (like Sally Hansen Nail Art Pen, Walmart.com) to draw a semicircle above the cuticle on the ring and index fingernails. Once the polish has dried, use a white striper polish (like FingerPaints Striping Polish in “Hip Hip Hue-Ray!” SallyBeauty.com) to create the petals, painting five to six teardrop-like shapes above the yellow semicircles on each accent nail; let dry. Finish by sealing the design with a clear top coat (like Orly Polishield, Ulta.com).
