1 apple, chopped
1 cup milk
1 cup ice cubes
1⁄2 cup cubed tofu 2 Tbs. agave syrup 1⁄2 tsp. ground
cinnamon In blender, puree all ingredients until smooth. If desired, garnish with chopped apple and sprinkle with cinnamon.
