TO BANISH BRA BULGE: ROLL DOWNS
This move works the front and back of the core to sculpt a smooth, toned upper half. Adds Driver, “The stretch band provides resistance on the way down and assistance on the way up.” To do: Sit with your legs in front of you. Wrap the band around your feet and cross it over. Make a C-shape with your spine and slowly roll down as far as is comfortable, then roll back up. Do 10 reps.
