LEEZA’S NEW MISSION TO PROMOTE BRAIN HEALTH!

-

After losing her mother to Alzheimer’s in 2008, helping caregivers has been very close to Leeza’s heart.

But recently, she’s expanded her mission to also promote brain health and mental wellness.

“As we get older, we all harbor concerns and fears that our brains will decline,” she says. “When I first got my brain scanned 10 years ago, I was definitely scared. The scan showed that my brain wasn’t getting enough blood circulation or oxygenation. It just wasn’t healthy for my age.”

But when Leeza’s doctor, Daniel Amen, M.D., explained that she could reverse the process and restore her focus, mood and memory, she teamed up with him to help millions of people do the same through the BrainFit TODAY program (BrainFitTODAY.com).

“It’s an online portal that offers expert advice, nutrition plans and exercises to boost brain health,” Leeza explains. “It’s a science-based, result-oriented program that helps you determine your brain type and tailor a plan that improves your mind. The best part is that it works! After changing my lifestyle, my brain at age 62 is healthier and stronger than it was at 51!”
