Apple cider vinegar and Dijon mustard transform supermarket coleslaw mix into a crunchy topping for classic hot dogs
1In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, 1⁄4 tsp. salt and 1⁄4 tsp. pepper. Add coleslaw mix and onion; toss until well combined.
2Heat grill to medium-high. Grill hot dogs, turning occasionally, until lightly browned, 6–8 min. Grill rolls until lightly browned, 1–2 min. Place hot dogs in rolls. Top with slaw. Drizzle with ketchup.
