Spicy-Sweet Baked Chicken Wings

3⁄4 cup chili sauce
1⁄3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbs. light brown sugar 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1⁄2 tsp. crushed red pepper
flakes
3 lbs. chicken wing
sections, tips discarded 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour 1 scallion, green part only,
sliced

1Position rack in upper third of oven; heat to 425°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place rack on top; coat with cooking spray. For sauce, mix first 6 ingredients and 1⁄4 tsp. salt; reserve.
2Toss wings in flour and 3⁄4 tsp. salt, then 1⁄ cup reserved sauce. Place
3 in single layer on rack; coat with cooking spray. Bake until chicken is no longer pink and skin is crisp, 50–60 min.
3Top wings with scallion and chili pepper. Serve with remaining sauce.
