Make a cat toy for pennies

A bored kitty can get into all sorts of trouble, whether it’s scratching up furniture or knocking over fragile items. But you can keep your cutie busy (and cut down on her naughty high jinks) with homemade toys made from old wine corks. To do: Use a hot-glue gun to carefully apply glue to the cork in the holes that were made by the corkscrew, then stick a couple of colorful feathers in each end. Next, apply more glue to the outside of the cork and wrap a piece of twine around it. Once dry, toss to Tiger, who will have a ball batting it around the house.
