Whenever a recipe calls for honey or molasses, it seems that more gets left in the measuring cup than makes it into the mixing bowl. Next time, spritz the inside of the cup with cooking spray or wipe with an oil-soaked paper towel. Greasing the cup will help the sticky ingredient slide out with ease.
