Creamy Tomato Soup

2 (24 oz.) jars roasted garlic pasta sauce 5 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 Tbs. fennel seeds, finely crushed
1 cup half-and-half
18 cheese tortellini, cooked
Fresh basil leaves (optional)
In large pot, combine sauce, broth and fennel seeds; over medium-high heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook until flavors blend, about 10 min. Stir in half-and-half until blended and warmed. Divide among bowls. Top with tortellini and, if desired, basil.
