Ginger-Chai Latte Lift
1⁄2 cup almond milk
1 cinnamon stick
1⁄2 tsp. vanilla extract
1⁄4 tsp. chai spice
1⁄4 tsp. ground ginger
In microwave-safe mug, whisk together all ingredients; microwave until hot, 1–2 min. If desired, sprinkle with more chai spice and garnish with star anise pod.
