Broccoli Smoothies
Tossing broccoli into our bake adds virus-fighting nutrients. For even more of a boost, you can also sneak it into this tropical smoothie. To make: Peel and slice 1 banana; freeze until solid. Puree banana, 1 cup frozen broccoli, 1 cup frozen mango, 1 cup coconut water and
1⁄ cup spinach until smooth, adding
2 ice cubes or more coconut water for desired consistency.
