Melt chocolate like a pro

When melting the chocolate for our stunning dessert or other chocolate treats, the key is to get it perfectly smooth. To do: Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl, then place the bowl over a pot of hot—not simmering— water, making sure the hot water does not touch the bottom of the bowl. Stir the chocolate until it is completely melted. Alternativ­ely, place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 15-sec. intervals, stirring, until melted.
