Melt chocolate like a pro
When melting the chocolate for our stunning dessert or other chocolate treats, the key is to get it perfectly smooth. To do: Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl, then place the bowl over a pot of hot—not simmering— water, making sure the hot water does not touch the bottom of the bowl. Stir the chocolate until it is completely melted. Alternatively, place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 15-sec. intervals, stirring, until melted.
