For brownies with more fiber and fewer calories, nutrition expert Joy Bauer subs in lentils and rolled oats for the flour. To make: In food processor, puree 1 cup of oats, 1⁄4 cup of cocoa powder, 1⁄2 tsp. of baking powder, 1⁄2 tsp. of baking soda, 1⁄4 tsp. of salt, 1 cup of drained cooked lentils, 1⁄2 cup of applesauce, 1⁄3 cup of honey, 1⁄4 cup of almond butter and 1 egg. Stir in 1 cup of dark chocolate chips. Pour into greased 8" square baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
