Show Whiskers all your love

Strange but true: Cats get the winter blues just like we do! If Whiskers has been begging for food more than usual, it could be a self-soothing behavior. Next time she begs for food when she’s already eaten, try this: Give her some “love blinks.” Close your eyes slowly while looking at her, leave them shut for a few seconds, then open them again slowly. This is the way cats communicate affection, so Whiskers will know how much you care.
