Honey-Mustard Glazed Cornish Hens

2⁄3 cup olive oil-and-vinegar
salad dressing
1⁄4 cup honey
1⁄4 tsp. paprika
2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. dried marjoram
3 (13⁄4 lb.) Cornish hens
1 In small bowl, combine 1 Tbs. dressing, honey and paprika; cover and chill. In large bowl, combine Dijon mustard, marjoram and remaining dressing; add Cornish hens and turn to coat in mixture. Cover; chill at least 2 hrs.
2 Heat oven to 400°F. Coat large roasting pan with cooking spray. Remove Cornish hens from marinade, letting excess drip off; place hens in roasting pan. Sprinkle hens with 3⁄4 tsp. salt. Discard remaining marinade.
3 Roast hens until meat thermometer inserted into thickest part of thigh registers 170°F, 50–60 min., brushing with reserved honey mixture during last 10 min. of cooking time.
