Avocado Toasts

We topped this open-face sandwich with eggs to create a hearty, protein-rich treat. To make: Toast 2 slices whole-wheat bread. With fork, mash 1 pitted, peeled avocado, 2 Tbs. mayo, 2 tsp. lime juice, 1⁄4 tsp. lime zest and pinch salt; spread mixture on toasts. Peel 1 hardcooked egg; slice in half. Place egg halves on avocado mixture.
