Peach-Glazed Ham

A quick-fix sweet-tart glaze seals in juices, resulting in a mouthwater­ing centerpiec­e. To make: Place 7 lb. boneless ham in roasting pan; score fat. Mix 1⁄2 cup peach jam, 3 Tbs. Dijon mustard, 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar and 1⁄2 tsp. garlic powder; brush 2⁄3 of mixture over ham. Add 2 cups water to pan; cover with foil. Bake at 350°F until cooked through, about 2 hrs., brushing with remaining jam mixture twice.
