Ham & Brie Tart

2 Tbs. olive oil
3 medium onions, thinly sliced (31⁄ cups) 2
1 sheet (half of 17.3 oz. pkg.) frozen puff pastry dough, thawed
2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
1 cup (3⁄4" thick slices) baked ham, about 4 oz.
1 cup (3⁄4" thick slices)
Brie cheese, about 4 oz.
1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary

Slowly cooked caramelized onions make the perfect complement to smoky ham
1 Heat oven to 400°F. Grease baking sheet. In skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions; cook until golden, 7–8 min. Add 11⁄4 cups water; over mediumlow, cook until tender, 12–15 min.
2 Roll out dough into 12" square; trim corners. Transfer to baking sheet. Spread mustard over, leaving 11⁄2" border. Layer onions, ham and Brie over mustard. Fold dough in along edge. Bake until golden, 25 min. Top with rosemary.
