Slow-Cooker Turkey

This moist set-it-and-forget-it turkey practicall­y makes its own gravy. To make: Remove skin from 3 lb. boneless turkey breast. Place 2 ribs celery and 1 sliced onion in 6-qt. slow cooker; add turkey and 2 cups chicken stock. Cover; cook on low until no longer pink, about 8 hrs. Transfer turkey to platter. Discard vegetables. Mix 2 Tbs. cornstarch and 2 Tbs. water; stir into drippings.

Cook until thick; serve with turkey.
