Every spring, you like to give your mini blinds a good wipe-down, but it can be tricky to get the dust stuck between the slats. What can help: orphan socks! Place one sock on each end of a pair of tongs and secure them with rubber bands. Spritz the socks with cleaning solution, then clamp the tongs down on each slat and swipe across. Dust and grime will cling to the material, and the tongs make it easy to access each slat.
