MARIE’S LATEST HEART-HAPPY PROJECTS!

-

Like many, Marie has felt the effects of the pandemic both emotionally and professionally. But her work with her nonprofit, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, has remained a bright light in her heart.

“Children’s health is a cause that means the world to me,” Marie smiles. “I co-founded Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals 37 years ago to help every kid who walks into a hospital for treatment. I’m so proud that $7 billion raised later, we’ve stayed true to our mission to raise funds for them. Every minute, 62 kids walk through the doors of a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital for treatment, and I’m honored to be part of a cause that ensures every one of them gets the care they need.”

What else is Marie working on these days? A new tour with a twist! “When COVID hit, I was planning a symphonic tour, but the dates were moved to 2021,” she shares. “And now, we’re ready to get back on the road again.” The tour features Marie singing with a full orchestra and kicks off on April 16 in St. George, Utah (Tuacahn.org/concert/marie)— her home state. Keep an eye out for more tour dates and tickets in your area. Marie’s work helping hospitalized kids brings her so much joy
