Simple steps improve COVID vaccine efficacy

-

That’s the word from Ohio State University researchers. They reviewed 49 studies and found that people who lowered stress by getting a good night’s sleep and stimulated arm muscles with exercises before getting vaccinated had a stronger antibody response—meaning their virus protection was more robust and long-lasting—plus fewer side effects. While the studies focused on flu and other vaccines, scientists say the response to the COVID vaccine would likely be similar.
