Zucchini Boats

4 zucchini
1 lb. ground beef

tomato pasta sauce 1⁄4 cup grated
Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 cup almond flour 1 egg

Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 13"x9" baking dish with cooking spray. Halve each zucchini lengthwise; with a spoon, scoop out flesh, leaving about 1⁄ 3"-thick shell. Arrange, cut sides up, in baking dish.
