Rutabaga ‘Fries’
For a nutty-sweet alternative to potato fries, try this immunityboosting root veggie that’s similar to parsnips. To do: Peel rutabaga; cut into 1⁄4"-thick sticks. Toss with 2 Tbs. oil, 1⁄4 tsp. salt and 1⁄4 tsp. pepper. Spread in single layer over greased rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 400°F, turning once, until tender and golden, 35–40 min.
