A mini canvas transforms into a seaworthy work of art, thanks to a few craft-store staples. To do: Cut a wine cork in half lengthwise; paint red and white stripes on each half. Cut a small rectangle and a ship-like shape out of cardboard; paint on details. Glue cork and cardboard to canvas. Wrap ribbon around canvas; tie into a bow.
