Double-Vanilla Bundt Cake

Instant pudding makes this mix-easy Bundt covered in luscious vanilla icing extra-moist and delicious

1 (15.25 oz.) pkg. yellow cake

mix

1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla

pudding mix

3 eggs

1⁄3 cup oil

3–4 Tbs. milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 cups confection­ers’ sugar Red and blue M&M’s candies

(optional)

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Generously coat 10-cup Bundt pan with baking spray with flour. On low speed, beat cake mix, dry pudding mix, 1 cup water, eggs and oil until just blended, 30 sec.; on medium speed, beat until fluffy, about 2 min.

2 Transfer batter to pan. Bake until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean, 42–45 min. Let cool 20 min. Transfer from pan to rack and let cool completely.

3 In small bowl, combine 3 Tbs. milk with vanilla. In large bowl, stir milk mixture into confection­ers’ sugar until smooth and pourable. If too thick, add additional milk; if too thin, additional sugar. Transfer cake to serving plate. Pour glaze over cake. Fill center of cake with M&M’s.
