Trisha’s key to potato salad with 49% fewer calories

For a healthier take on potato salad, Food Network host Trisha Yearwood subs in sweet potatoes for white spuds and replaces some of the mayo with yogurt. To make: Mix 1⁄2 cup of mayo, cup of Greek yogurt, 1⁄2 cup of chopped scallions, 1 chopped seeded red pepper, 2 Tbs. of chopped chives, 1 tsp. of orange zest, 2 tsp. of cider vinegar and 1⁄2 tsp. of Tabasco. Add 4 cooked, cubed, peeled sweet potatoes. Season to taste.
