A slimmer, healthier you!
The often-invisible gut damage that fuels carb cravings and mystery weight gain doesn’t always manifest with traditional GI symptoms. Instead, it can show up as fatigue, brain fog, joint pain and more. “What I’ve learned from more than a decade of taking care of patients—mostly women over age 50—is that no two guts are the same, so their diets should not be the same,” says Vincent Pedre, M.D., author of The GutSMART Protocol. Now he’s helping women heal—and drop up to 10 pounds in two weeks! One patient reports, “I got my life back! I am once again the person I knew I could be: clear thinking, energetic, balanced, ache-free!”
To slim fast and feel better than you have in years, take a shot of aloe vera juice each morning and follow one of Dr. Pedre’s personalized gutreset eating plans.
DISCOVER YOUR PLAN
To get started, make a list of any symptoms you have, including GI-related complaints (like gas, bloat, diarrhea and constipation), as well as non-GI complaints (such as fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, skin problems and sinus congestion). If you have fewer than 3 symptoms on your list, start with the Mild repair plan. If you have 4 to 7 symptoms, start with the Moderate repair plan. Have 8 or more symptoms? Start with the Major repair plan. Save your list and review after 14 days to see your progress and determine if you need to do another 14-day cycle for deeper healing.
You can adapt these plans to work with any dietary lifestyle—just follow the targeted tips. With each plan you’ll enjoy plenty of food: three meals plus snacks. In general, on every plan, you’ll avoid the known gut irritants of alcohol and gluten. Instead, focus on veggies, fruit, nuts, seeds and “clean and lean” proteins.
