A quick look at the MSA cir­cle shows that air­craft north of the 090/270 bear­ings from the JXT NDB should de­scend no lower than 4,300 feet msl. South of that line, how­ever, the min­i­mum al­ti­tude climbs to 7,900 feet msl due to nearby high ter­rain.
