Hot Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls

3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting 1/4 cup granulated sugar

One 1/4-ounce envelope instant yeast (2 ¼ tsp) 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

3/4 cup whole milk, slightly warmed

12 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted, plus more for pan 2 large eggs, at room temperatur­e 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1/3 cup unsweetene­d cocoa powder 2 tbsp. ground cinnamon

1 cup confection­ers’ sugar

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp. butter. Cover; put in a warm place until doubled, 1 hr. Combine brown sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. salt and remaining butter in a bowl.
