U.S.-based comfort shoe brand SAS, which was awarded its first military contract in 2017 for its inaugural performance athletic shoes, is bringing styles inspired by these looks to consumers for spring ’19. The men’s Pursuit and women’s Tempo sneakers feature mesh and TPU uppers, polyurethane footbeds with heel cup support and flexible outsoles that provide cushion, support and stability at the heel strike. Both shoes are available in a range of sizes and widths, and will retail for $194 and $198, respectively. Delivery is slated for December to independents, e-tailers and SAS stores.
