Five Star Professional partners with premier publications across the country to identify home professionals who provide outstanding service to their clients. Using a proprietary research process, we contact thousands of recent homebuyers every year, soliciting feedback via phone and online surveys regarding their experience with their real estate or mortgage professional. Survey respondents rate their service professional on criteria such as overall satisfaction, market knowledge and whether they would recommend the provider to a friend.

Each year, we name outstanding real estate agents and mortgage professionals across the country, recognizing no more than 7 percent of all agents in a market. We believe this process results in a list of Five Star award winners who are focused on the needs of their clients and stand out from their competition.
