BILLION  SELF-MADE SCORE: * SOURCE: DALLAS COWBOYS AGE: 77 RESIDENCE: DALLAS PHILANTHROPY SCORE: The Dallas Cowboys owner continues to bet big on oil and gas. In July, Jones invested $475 million in publicly traded energy company Comstock Resources in exchange for 50 million new shares and $175 million worth of convertible preferred stock.
