Jacobs’ concessions giant Delaware North and the federal government settled a long legal fight this summer over naming rights at Yosemite National Park. Delaware North lost the contract for Yosemite in 2016 to rival Aramark, but initially refused to give up the trademarks for popular venues. A $12 million payment from Aramark and the government resolved the issue. Jacobs has begun handing ownership of the Boston Bruins hockey team and Delaware North to his six children.
