Last October Hyatt bought the boutique hotel company Two Roads Hospitality from Tom’s brother John (No. 333) for $405 million. He is also on the board of his family’s Pritzker Foundation, which announced a $100 million pledge in May for a new school of molecular engineering at Tom’s alma mater, the University of Chicago.
