JIM KAVANAUGH

Not all tech billionaires grew up as geeks. Before founding IT provider World Wide Technology in 1990, Kavanaugh was a professional soccer player and Olympian. He’s since returned to sports as part of the ownership group for both the Stanley Cup-winning St. Louis Blues and USL soccer team St. Louis FC. He’s also bringing a Major League Soccer team to St. Louis.
