More than 2.7 million machines clock in for manufactur­ing jobs worldwide every day—and that number is expected to skyrocket to 20 million by 2030, according to an Oxford Economics study. Here are the countries with the largest percentage of mechanical employees—unsurprisi­ngly, all places with high (human) wages. The U.S. ranks ninth, with 2.2% of industrial jobs held by robots.
