Before retiring its coveted Nautilus Ref. 5711 last year, Patek Philippe had one final watch up its sleeve—a co-signed Tiffany dial in (what else?) Tiffany Blue. But good luck getting one on your wrist. Only 170 were produced, and among the first to claim the $52,000 timepiece were Jay-Z and LeBron James.
