establishing five employee inclusion groups has been a highlight of 2018. “We have 3,500 employees in those groups,” says rakes, “advancing their professional and personal development, championing innovative products and services, and sustaining the company’s recruitment and retention successes.”
centene’s ceo, michael neidorff, chairs centene’s executive diversity and inclusion council and takes the diverse perspectives of the five employee inclusion groups under close consideration.
