Tom and An­thony Mar­tignetti have cre­ated an­other win­ner: a raw bar and seafood oa­sis. Oys­ters are sourced from both coasts. Be­gin with those, the smoked blue­fish dip or an or­der of peeky-toe crab salad. For mid-course share the fried oys­ter slid­ers with herbed aioli on a bed of pur­ple cab­bage. There’s an ar­ray of de­lec­ta­ble sushi and, for purists, grilled do­rade, wild sal­mon or striped bass. A lone but lus­cious dry-aged burger with ba­con-onion mar­malade and Gruyère and ched­dar cheese is of­fered.
