Tom and Anthony Martignetti have created another winner: a raw bar and seafood oasis. Oysters are sourced from both coasts. Begin with those, the smoked bluefish dip or an order of peeky-toe crab salad. For mid-course share the fried oyster sliders with herbed aioli on a bed of purple cabbage. There’s an array of delectable sushi and, for purists, grilled dorade, wild salmon or striped bass. A lone but luscious dry-aged burger with bacon-onion marmalade and Gruyère and cheddar cheese is offered.
