City calls for meeting on winter shelter location

The Fort Bragg City Council Homelessness Ad Hoc Committee will host a virtual Zoom community meeting on Thursday, Jan. 21, at 4:30 p.m. The Ad Hoc Committee is seeking input on the potential impacts to businesses and nearby residences if the Mendocino Coast Hospitality Center is allowed to use the gymnasium located behind City Hall, at 213 E. Laurel St., as a temporary location for the Winter Shelter.
