SI Noyo Sunrise welcomes guest speaker Ashley Sharp

Ashley Sharp will be the speaker at Soroptimis­t Internatio­nal Noyo Sunrise Zoom meeting Tuesday, Jan. 26, 8-9 a.m. The topic is Mindfulnes­s. She has been teaching yoga, meditation and mindfulnes­s for 20 years and founded Insight Richmond, a community-based meditation group. Kids Bags available Monday through Friday

Fort Bragg Food Bank families can get one Kids Bag per week, they are available Monday through Friday during curbside pickup, from noon to 3 p.m. The Fort Bragg Food Bank thanks their Kids Bag sponsors Mendocino Coast Children’s Fund and J. G. Cummings Foundation. The Fort Bragg Food Bank is located at 910 N. Franklin St., Fort Bragg.

Rotary Crab Feed

The Fort Bragg Rotary Club is putting a new spin on their annual Crab Feed fundraiser, it will be a drive thru from 3 to 6 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 30 at the Fort Bragg Fire Station, 141 N. Main St. This year you buy your ticket in advance, drive up, receive your food and then head home and enjoy it in the comfort of your own home. Enjoy a delicious crab dinner AND support 2 great service organizati­ons in our community. Tickets are $50 and include cracked crab, chowder, bread, salad and dessert.
